To post a search looking for or advertising your existing running group, click to create a new topic under the “Looking for a running group?” forum. It is recommended that you put your rough location, along with an indicator of pace and distance you usually run so that others searching through the topics can easily assess whether you would make a suitable running buddy/group.

It’s a good idea to indicate time of run in the post too, i.e. weekend mornings, 6pm Thursday fortnightly.

You can also find suitable matches from the existing posts by entering the same details (location, pace, distance) in the search bar on the forum page.

Be sure to also check out the events page that will often show BOSH group runs that can be joined.

DO NOT put personal information in your post or replies. It is advised that you arrange the details in a private direct message, and make sure to be safe and sensible about all arrangements made.

    Hi Ash,
I’ve put up the details for the Sussex Bosh Sunday Social Run in the Forum. I’m guessing that’s where we can post each week where we are planning on meeting etc? Under that same heading?
